Is there any job too large or small for you to complete?

Not by a mile! We've completed jobs as small as 8 feet of decorative wood fencing and as large as several miles of agricultural wire fencing.

How fast can you start on my project?

We encourage folks to book deck and pergola jobs as early as possible since we only take a limited number each year. Fence projects can be slotted in based on the estimated completion time and our current workload. Contact us for a free estimate to get a better idea of our availability. 

 

Are you licensed and insured?

We are fully covered by liability and workman’s comp insurance. We are licensed in the city of Fort Collins and Larimer County, CO.

 

Do you take care of building permits and HOA design approvals?

We will secure necessary building permits from the city or county before starting each job. We do not confer with homeowner’s associations for design approvals, however. Clients are responsible for communicating with them prior to us starting work.

 

Are there managers on-site when your team is working on a project?

Robert and Cecily routinely spend time at a project location, paying close attention to the work our crew produces. You can reach one of us by phone or email at your convenience if you have any questions about your project before, during and after completion.

 

Will anyone other than your employees work on my project?
No. We do not subcontract any of our work. The only folks we will bring onto your property are our direct employees.

 

Do you provide free estimates?

Do you require a deposit?

We ask for 20% of the project cost as deposit after you have signed a contract. 

 

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

 

Do you guarantee your work for a period of time?

We offer a one-year guarantee for workmanship. Materials have a warranty from the manufacturer. We also offer free gate adjustments if your fence gate settles in Colorado’s dry environment.

 

If my fence, deck, or pergola needs repairs can I call you?

Of course! We will be happy to give you a quote for any repairs. 

 

Do you do staining, painting or refinishing?
Currently we do not provide these services.

 

Why are you called Kiwi?

Good question! Robert is originally from New Zealand where the locals are called Kiwis, after the kiwi bird which is the national symbol for New Zealand.
